Upgrade your account

RoveMaps Studio runs on a single paid plan, Pro, billed at $125 per venue, per month with a 14-day free trial. Upgrading adds a payment method so your venues keep publishing once the trial ends. Billing lives in User Settings, alongside your profile and security settings.

Open billing settings

  1. Open the user menu (your avatar, top right) and click User Settings.
  2. Select the Account tab. This opens the Account & Billing panel.

The panel shows your Current Plan, your Payment Method, and — when you don’t already have an active subscription — an Upgrade Your Plan section.

Upgrade to Pro

  1. In the Upgrade Your Plan section, find the RoveMaps Studio Pro card ($125/mo per venue).
  2. Click Activate Pro.
  3. A secure Stripe checkout opens. Enter your card details in the Payment form.
  4. Click Confirm Payment.

On success the panel refreshes and your Current Plan updates to show the active or trialing subscription.

Start a free trial

If your workspace is still a demo, the dashboard shows a banner inviting you to Start your 14-day trial.

  1. Click Start your 14-day trial in the dashboard banner.
  2. On the trial screen, click Start your 14-day trial again.
  3. Add a card in the Stripe checkout. You won’t be charged until the trial ends.

The trial gives full access for 14 days, then bills at $125/mo per venue. You can cancel any time before it ends.

Manage an existing subscription

Once you have a subscription, the Account & Billing panel offers:

  • Manage Billing — opens the Stripe customer portal to view invoices and update billing details.
  • Add Card / Update Card — saves a new payment method through Stripe.
  • Cancel Subscription — keeps access until the end of the current billing period.

Publishing while your payment is past due

If a payment fails, publishing is paused until you fix it — but your maps and edits stay safe and fully editable. When you click Publish, an Update your account prompt appears with a button that takes you to billing. Once your payment is current, publishing works again immediately.

Enterprise

Larger organizations can move to Enterprise. In the Upgrade Your Plan section, click the Enterprise card’s Contact sales button to open the request form. Your organization and account details are included automatically.

Notes

  • Pro is billed per venue. Adding or removing venues adjusts your bill on the next cycle.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are stored with Stripe, not with RoveMaps.
  • A payment method is required to keep publishing after the trial ends.
